Winter Storage

Over-height storage can be a challenge… That’s where the Deerfield Fairgrounds come in.

Deerfield Fair barns and buildings are the perfect place to store your…motor homes, recreational vehicles, antique cars, trailers, campers, boats, trucks, motorcycles, tractors and more…indoors, secure…out of the elements…with door heights as tall as 13 feet, 6 inches, chances are, storage at the Deerfield Fair can accommodate anything you need to keep safe.

Take-in 2026

Winter storage take-in is October 24, 31 & November 7, 2026 between the hours of 8:00 am and 3:00 pm.

Please remember that first items in are normally last items out.

2026 Winter Storage Rates*

• Inside rates $20.00 per linear foot
• Large barn $25.00 per linear foot
• Warmish car garage at $25.00 per linear foot (occasionally warmed by room abutting garage)
• Outside rates $10.00 per linear foot

* A 3.25% fee will be added to all credit card payments

MUST PRESENT a hard copy of your Certificate of Insurance (COI) issued by your insurance company AT TIME OF STORING to have items stored for the winter. Certificate must be valid through duration of storage contract.

                                      NO CERTIFICATE – NO STORAGE                                                     

Spring 2027 pick-up

Winter storage pick-up is April 3, 10, 17 – between the hours of 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. MUST have yellow copy of contract in order to pick up. There will be restrictions and guidelines to follow upon arrival. If you have any questions, please call (603) 463-7421 Option 6.
