We ask fairgoers to first evaluate their own potential risk of exposure before visiting. Your entry onto the Deerfield Fair property constitutes your understanding of these risks, and you voluntarily assume such risks related to exposure to COVID-19, therefore the Deerfield Fair cannot be held liable if you contract COVID-19. In addition, we encourage patrons to protect themselves by following safety protocols, and state and local public health recommendations and mandates to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by wearing masks, practicing social distancing, and washing hands regularly.
